Click here to donate to Super Sunday and help our Annual Campaign! The Super Sunday phonathon, our largest fund-raiser of the year, benefits our annual campaign. The Federation raises funds to support the network of educational and social service agencies here in Middlesex County, in Israel, and overseas. By enlisting hundreds of volunteers, the campaign reaches out to Middlesex County residents in their synagogues, work places and hometowns. A full calendar of campaign events, including fund-raising and educational programs, provides many opportunities for Jewish involvement. About 60 percent of the funds raised remains in the local community, making possible a network of services and programs that include Jewish schools, community centers, senior care institutions and social service agencies. These JFGMC funds provide the means to care for our elderly, help individuals and families in crisis, teach children to understand and take pride in Jewish values and enable teens to participate in educational experiences in Israel. The Jewish Federation of Greater Middlesex County also allocates funds to support humanitarian programs in Israel and other overseas Jewish communities. Most of these monies go to the Jewish Agency for Israel and Joint Distribution Committee, which annually aid more than 60,000 immigrants to Israel from the former Soviet Union and other countries.
